Withstands up to 500 degree! Modify ports for hi-performance by adding material in the right places.

Superior formula uses 2-part epoxy that won't shrink when dry. Mix ratio is 1:1 by weight. Mix and knead the parts together by hand until the black and yellow colors have combined to make a uniform olive green color. 

Working time at 70ºF: Golfball size 40 minutes max.; Baseball to softball size 30 minutes max.

Cure time at 70ºF: Full hardness in 6 to 8 hours. Once cured it forms a hard coating resistant to abrasion, impact, water, chemicals and solvent.

Kit includes epoxy, gloves and mixing sticks. Yields 16 oz. of material. 24 month shelf life.

Adhesion of PRK-99 Intake Port Reshaping Material will only be as good as the cleanliness and soundness of the substrate. Remove all dirt, oil and grease. Sandblasting is acceptable. Scraping, wire brushing and other manual cleaning methods may also work. NOT for use in contact with potable water or exhaust ports.
