Renvale’s UK based design and production facility gives clients a seamless journey through the initial concept, development and manufacturing processes. The dedicated design and engineering team’s vast array of experience is key to bringing the initial design to life.

Using the latest 3D CAD and CATIA design software to develop client’s ideas, the design team offer full support during this process, giving you confidence the project is in safe hands. Design changes can be made at any time during a production run with the minimum of fuss or delay.

From there the project goes into the prototyping phase and then onto production. All production technicians are highly trained and adopt a policy of absolute quality workmanship.

The last part of the projects journey is the quality control department. Finished harness systems go through rigorous Cirris testing before final shipping. Renvale guarantee the harnesses and offers a full support package.
