E linear actuator OEM
High-performance actuator for high-precision and high-performance linear actuation, driven by an electric motor, designed for high external loads
The E-linear actuator OEM was developed to meet the highest demands of modern motorsport in terms of performance and durability.
In addition, special attention was paid to the resilience of the actuator to adverse environmental influences such as extreme heat.
The maximum usable travel of the E linear actuator is 17mm with a maximum dynamic force of 500N and a maximum static load of 300N.
In order to take into account the wide range of possible uses for this high-performance linear actuator, special attention was paid to easy adaptability of the unit for different areas of application during development.
As a result, the following versions of the linear actuator with the appropriate control software and suitable connections are currently available:
- Wastegate Actuator
- VTG actuator (variable turbine geometry)
- Shift actuator for 2 and 3-speed gearboxes (e.g. for e-vehicles such as Formula E etc.)
