Aviaid Oil Systems, the company recognized for bringing dry sump lubrication technology into motorsports back in the 1960s, offers a wide selection of dedicated pump mounts for most popular applications. The company has also developed a series of “universal” brackets that can be used in virtually any application. For example, Aviaid offers an industry-leading selection of seven mounting configurations for GM’s LS-series engines for competition and street applications (even for retaining factory air conditioning).
The company offers two basic pump designs (Series 1 and Series 2), and can customize them for the application through offering from one through seven (or more) sections. Additionally, Aviaid offers a variety of section widths (up to 2” wide) to match the pump’s pressure and scavenging sections to optimize performance.
Aviaid also offers up to four (billet, fabricated and cast aluminum, plus fabricated steel) oil pans per application, and manufactures sump tanks in 6, 7.5 and 9-inch diameters in varying heights to provide optimum capacities for a variety of applications.
