Evanston, IL – November 7, 2022 – QuesTek Innovations, the primary operating subsidiary of QuesTek International LLC, today announced the successful completed delivery and close out of a multi-year, multi-million-dollar subcontract with Advanced Technology International (ATI).

The subcontract came through QuesTek’s membership in the ATI-managed National Armaments Consortium / Defense Ordnance Technology Consortium. The subcontract required delivery of operational prototypes and technical data to the consortium’s end customer, the US Army. The operational prototypes utilized a high-strength steel originally developed by QuesTek under a US Army sponsored effort to support Future Combat Systems (FCS). The successful completion employed QuesTek’s Material by Design® solutions to optimize component design, material selection, and supply for performance and robustness.

QuesTek’s demonstrated expertise in delivering this subcontract has led to prior additional awards through the NAC/DOTC membership. The full scope of QuesTek’s additional ATI consortia memberships includes AMTC, IWRP, MSTIC, and NSTIC. QuesTek is currently evaluating participation in both the Cornerstone and CREATE consortia.
