QuesTek Leads ICME Providers in Delivering Proprietary Materials

Evanston, IL – June 21, 2022 – QuesTek Innovations, the primary operating subsidiary of QuesTek International LLC, announced today the availability of more proprietary materials created through application of QuesTek’s Materials by Design® technology.

QuesTek applies Materials by Design® technology to empower innovators in two fundamental ways: Materials Concurrency (novel materials enabling novel products), or Accelerated Insertion of Materials (novel materials improving existing products). Both approaches are facilitated through the internal use by QuesTek engineers of the Company’s ICMD® software, genomic datasets, and proprietary workflows.

The Company’s history of forming long-term, mutually beneficial, repeat engagement relationships with innovation leaders in industry and government has led to QuesTek’s 13 US Patents for ICMD® generated advanced alloys and 4 US Patents for alloys designed specifically for additive manufacturing. Additionally, QuesTek has 14 US Patents pending for novel materials, all designed using its ICMD® toolsets.

QuesTek proprietary materials have been and will continue to be available to the marketplace through licensed materials producers. The Company also has proven capability to build and manage specific supply chains for specific applications of its proprietary materials, which continues to be attractive for materials-intensive product manufacturers.
