Gh8 and GH90 are Super Precision Valve Guide Honing Machines and have been specifically designed for machine shops building small to mid size cylinder heads as well high volume engine re-builders. Complete set of honing tools are avaliable for any & all applications--from 4mm to 16mm guide nores.

Exclusive Intuitive Software Specifically developed & designed for Gh8 & GH90 offer productivity increase of several times compared to any other system.

All buttons and switches are eliminated saving operator time in set-ups. Feeding down the spindle shows exact spindle position. Work-head float+clamp, spindle centering are all built-in the software. Low to high speeds can be pre-set.

Separate pre-set programmes for rough + fine finish honing cycles are built into the software.

Sliding door auto closing and opening at each cycle start and completion have been incorporated for ease of operations.

• Optional "Diamond Sleeve mandrels in Carbide material" for small guides (4 thru 7mm)
