Aubert & Duval extends its metal powders for additive manufacturing portfolio with new Pearl^®Micro 316L and Pearl^®Micro 17-4PH. These powders exhibit high metallurgical quality, combining low content oxygen and high cleanliness level, thanks to a unique state-of-art gas atomization process. They have been designed for laser powderbed and deposition additive technologies and are particularly suitable for automotive, industrial and medical applications as well as for consumer goods.

Pearl^®Micro steel powders, made in Sweden, are produced on a mass production atomizer, improving batch size, cost competitiveness, and process stability.
