Driven Racing Oil™ DI Synthetic Motor Oils for Direct Injection Engines

A new line of motor oils from Driven Racing Oil™ represents the first offerings formulated, tested and proven to protect direct injection engines better than off-the-shelf API oils. Driven developed its DI Synthetic Motor Oils to solve low speed pre-ignition issues that occur under load in high-performance direct injection engine applications. Available in viscosities including 0W-20, 0W-40, 5W-30 and 10W-60, the DI oils feature an advanced additive package that reduce the occurrence of abnormal combustion events, as well as spot suspending additives that reduce soot-induced wear. A lower volatility base oil also reduces the amount of crankcase vapors and, thus, carbon buildup on intake valves.
