The XL-80 laser is a highly accurate measurement and analysis system. Using

interferometry for all its measurement modes, the XL-80 system gives you confidence in the preciseness and consistency of all recorded measurements.​

It is able to directly measure geometric errors in a machine independently.​ Designed with you in mind, the lightweight optics and comprehensive fixturing solutions make the system easy to set-up.

When combined with the XC-80 compensator, any air temperature pressure and relative humidity changes that would affect the wavelength of the laser light are detected. ​The XC-80 features ‘intelligent sensors’ that will modify the nominal value of the laser wavelength to give a true value, eliminating errors caused by these environmental variations.
