VARIETY OF PARTS

The Hines HC-5000 is configured for balancing crankshafts weighing up to 5000lb. The balance mechanism uses a rugged hard suspension cradle system to support the weight of the workplace. Two outer and one mid bearing supports are mounted on heavy duty steel rails and are movable to accoommodate parts of varying lengths.

WINDOWS OPERATING SYSTEM

A high-resolution, flat panel, touch screen displays unbalance amount,angle and tolerance. Over 300 different workpiece configurations can be stored.

Optional Compu-Match allows the  computer to communicate with the digital scale, walking the operator through all weight matching procedures.

VERTICAL DRILL

A drill will be monuted on a slide for in-place correction of unbalance, The drill is adjustable to set up a range of part dimensions and is manually fed in operation. The drill motor and the balancer drive motor are electrically interlocked to prevent simultaneous running.
